We are so very lucky to have six terrific employees whose support is invaluable in our success for the last thirty-one years. We’d like you to get to know them….

Brandon MatriscianoBrandon Matrisciano – Brandon is a California native and has been an employee since April, 2007. He is quickly learning the art of meat cutting and also helps out with the marinating and packaging.

MacKenzie ChapmanMacKenzie Chapman – MacKenzie Chapman is our newest employee, joining us in July, 2009. "Kenzie" is Wes Chapman's daughter so the family connections just get stronger at RMC! MacKenzie is primarily responsible for marinating, packaging, cleanup, and waiting on customers.

Alfonso MontesAlfonso Montes – Alfonso is a native of Texas and has been an employee since January, 2007. He too is a quick and very skilled meat cutter.

Sir Rose Sir Rose – We can’t talk about Family & Friends without talking about Sir Rose. Sir Rose was at the store when Harry & Joan bought the place. All we know is that he is at least 35 years old, having met a former owner of him. He’s built of fiber glass and has been painted and restored many times at Clark Auto Body in Roseville.

Lady RoseLady Rose – Lady Rose came to us in a most unusual way. The short story is that 2 guys wanted to buy Sir Rose and when we said no, they offered to make a copy in exchange for use of Sir Rose – they just didn’t make the horns so the cow is now a girl – Lady Rose. See Community Events for how you can borrow Lady Rose!
