St. Patrick’s Day means corned beef.  At Roseville Meat Company we make our very own corned beef!!  Either brisket flats or rounds (just a little leaner).  Various sizes available.  We’ll be sampling both cuts starting Saturday, March 10th.  We recommend placing an order because we do run out.  Any questions, just give us a call.
