At Roseville Meats, we offer Custom Processing services. Our service isn’t just cutting and packaging, it’s our expertise of where to cut, using the safest and cleanest procedures.

All charges include cutting and wrapping unless stated otherwise.

All products are packaged for 2 or more servings – 1-serving packaging will incur additional charges as stated.

Hogs

  • Under 50 lbs. – $95.00 flat fee
  • 51 to 99 lbs. – $135.00 flat fee
  • 100 lbs. and up – $1.39/lb.
  • Add $0.40 cents per pound for 1 serving pkgs

Curing and Smoking – $1.39/lb. $10.00 minimum

Sausage

Breakfast Sausage – $.50 cents per lb. 1lb Pkgs, 5lb Min

Mechanically Packaged – Add $.50 per lb. for hand vacuum sealing
